Terms of Service

The site combines two sources of listings: you can post your own listing directly, and the site also automatically collects public posts from Telegram channels about car sales in Uzbekistan and shows them in the shared catalog.

Imported listings are marked with their source and go through the same moderation as listings submitted directly. The site is not a seller, buyer, or party to any deal in any listing — it only helps sellers and buyers find each other.

Sign-in happens through our Telegram bot — you confirm your phone number, and it gets linked to your account. You're responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure and for everything done under your name.

One account per person or company. We may restrict or remove an account for violating these terms, attempting to deceive other users, or suspected fraud.

By posting a listing, you confirm the details you provide (make, year, mileage, price, photos, contacts) are accurate and that the car is actually in your possession or available to you for sale.

Prohibited: knowingly false information about price or condition, duplicating the same listing, using someone else's photos, posting listings unrelated to cars, using the site for fraud or to collect other people's personal data.

Every new and edited listing goes through moderation. We may reject, unpublish, or require corrections to a listing without explanation if it violates these rules.

Listing promotion (boosting position, the «Urgent» tag, and similar features) is paid through connected payment systems (including Payme) and credited to your account balance.

Payment for a service already rendered (for example, the time a listing spent boosted) is non-refundable. If a service wasn't delivered due to a fault on our side, the amount is refunded to your balance or by the original payment method, on request.

The site is an intermediary between seller and buyer, not a party to the deal. We don't verify the legal status of vehicles or the authenticity of documents, and we don't guarantee that a car, its price, or its condition match the listing description — this applies especially to listings imported from Telegram channels without the site's direct involvement.

Before buying, check the car, the documents, and the seller's identity yourself or with professional help. The site is not liable for losses arising from deals between users.

The design, code, and trademark of avto.elmix.uz belong to the site. Photos and descriptions in listings remain the property of whoever posted them (or the original Telegram channel, for imported listings); by posting them on the site, you allow us to display them in the catalog, the listing page, and materials promoting the listing.

We may update these terms — for example, when adding new features to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
